01 / About TapCard
About TapCard
TSBC TapCard is a digital business card platform that lets professionals and organisations build, share, and manage smart contact profiles.
The Services allow you to:
- Create one or more digital profile cards displaying your name, title, company, contact details, and links.
- Share your profile instantly via NFC tap, QR code, link, email signature, or wallet pass, with no app required on the recipient's side.
- Capture and organise contacts you meet, with notes, tags, and follow-up reminders.
- Track engagement on your profile, including taps, views, contact saves, and similar analytics.
- Integrate with CRM systems, calendars, and contact managers where supported.
The features available to you depend on your plan and may change over time.
02 / Eligibility
Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be barred from receiving the Services under the laws of Nigeria or any other applicable jurisdiction.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the organisation.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
03 / Your Account
Your Account
3.1 Creating an account
You may register using your email address, a one-time code, Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, including your email, password, OTPs, and any linked third-party logins. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 One person, one identity
Each individual account must represent a real person. You may not create accounts under a false identity, impersonate another person, or sell, rent, or transfer your account without our prior written consent.
3.4 Organisation accounts
If you join TapCard through an employer or organisation, that administrator may:
- View, edit, lock, or delete your profile and any cards issued to you.
- Manage your access and permissions.
- Receive analytics about your sharing and lead-capture activity.
- Reassign your card and associated contacts if you leave the organisation.
You acknowledge that profile content created in the context of your employment may belong to the organisation, not to you personally.

Plans, Payment, and Renewals

We offer free and paid plans. Pricing, features, and limits for each plan are listed on gettsbc.com/pricing and may change. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes that affect your active subscription.
4.2 Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle, in the currency shown at checkout. By providing a payment method, you authorise TSBC and our payment processors to charge that method for all fees due, including applicable taxes.
4.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
4.4 Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days.
4.5 NFC cards and physical products
If you purchase physical NFC cards or accessories, shipping times, customs duties, and return windows will be shown at checkout. Activated, personalised, or used products cannot be returned except where required by consumer protection law.

5.2 Ownership
You retain all ownership of Your Content.
5.3 Licence to TSBC
You grant TSBC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, and otherwise process Your Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
5.4 Public profile
When you generate a share link, QR code, NFC tag, or wallet pass, anyone who has that link or scans that code can view your profile. You are responsible for choosing what to include.
5.5 Accuracy
You represent that Your Content is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right.
06 / Captured Contacts and Lead Data
Captured Contacts and Lead Data
The Services let you capture details of people you meet through lead-capture forms, paper-card scanning, badge scanning, or manual entry.
When you save a Captured Contact:
- You are the data controller of that contact's information in your account, and TSBC processes it on your behalf as a data processor.
- You confirm that you have a lawful basis, such as consent or legitimate interest, to collect and store that information under applicable law.
- You are responsible for handling access, correction, and deletion requests from your Captured Contacts.
- You must not use Captured Contacts for unlawful marketing, spam, or any purpose incompatible with how they shared their information with you.
We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are misusing Captured Contacts.
